A design led approach has ensured that these premium front doors meet your every expectation in quality, appearance, and security.
The Harley style boasts a classic and timeless design that suits all properties with beautiful mouldings that add a subtle detail to this popular style. We offer this striking front door in our two most popular colours and in a matt or premium textured finish. You can choose your choice of handles and select the door with or without a letterbox.
Size options
The sizes displayed on our website are the manufacturing sizes for the doors themselves, this includes the overall height from the bottom of the cill and the overall width of the product itself.
As standard we offer our entrance doors are sat on an 85mm external cill but deeper cills are available or you can order without a cill.
All the entrance doors open inwards into the property.
The masons opening where the door needs to be installed into needs to be slightly larger so the door can be installed level and plumb into the opening. Read the section below on ‘preparing for installation’ for information on measuring and preparing the opening for your new entrance doors.

20mm Add on’s for the side or sides are available if required – If you need more clearance for your plaster line we have side extensions available in 20mm and 42mm, simply make a note if these are required upon ordering.
Frame colour options
The doors themselves are available in our two most popular colours. The RAL colours for the two options are RAL 9005 jet black and RAL 7016 anthracite grey in a matt finish. We also offer the same two RAL colours in a premium textured finish at no extra cost, the textured finish doesn’t show up finger prints as much and adds a unique element to the doors.

As well as four most popular colours we are happy to offer a wider range of colours at no extra cost. Simply configure your door but state in the customer notes which RAL colour you would like the doors powder coated to and we will supply your new front door in the chosen colour of your choice. Internal Handle colour
Clean and simple in our most popular colours.
Graphite stands out as a feature whereas the black and 7016 options blend in with the door style for a more seamless appearance.
Stainless Steel Internal Handle
Choosing this option also means that the internal escutcheon and thumb turn is stainless steel also for a premium and standout aesthetic.
Threshold options – Flush bottom track sat on an external cill
Fully weather rated option
The flush bottom track option creates a proper weather seal as the door panel closes against the small rebate. From the underside of the cill to the top of the internal rebate the measurement is 31mm so the internal floor level can be sat almost flush against the top of the rebate to create a seamless transition from inside to out with a flush internal floor finish.

The door panels swing into the property so set your floor level against the 11mm profile at the foot of the door. This will ensure a seamless transition from inside to out.
Please note – The external steel bar handle is not available with the Harley design.
The steel bar handle is only available and suitable for modern door styles.
The nu mail letter plates are available in our standard colours of black, graphite and chrome.
If you pick door colour other than grey or black we can also offer the letter boxes in white and gold.
Built up on delivery
For sizes up to 3200mm in width your doors will be delivered built up in one piece, unless you advise us otherwise.
When built up the doors are heavy so our driver will need assistance when unloading the product when it is delivered. The doors are also heavy to install so cannot be installed by one when individual when they are delivered built up.
For door sizes wider than 3200mm the product will be delivered disassembled in a kit format.
Fitters pack
General glazing tools are required to install the Smarts Signature doors, our fitters pack is available to ensure you have the correct materials to properly install the entrance door and includes:
- 1 x Can of Expanding foam
- 12 x each size levelling packers (2mm black, 3mm white, 4mm grey and 5mm blue)
- 3 x Tubes of Silicone (Black, Anthracite or white)
- 4 x Wingtip steel fixings
- 12 x Concrete fixings.
Maintenance pack
Although maintenance is minimal it is important to look after & maintain your aluminium front door. Our maintenance pack includes 1 x tube of premium quality glass cleaner, 1 x tube of silicone spray & a none abrasive microfibre cloth.
